Update & Patch Management: Updates and Patches are designed to fix problems (such as bugs and graphics) and improve the usability and performance of Desktop computers & Servers. Constant monitoring ensures that you have all the necessary updates, preventing problems before they occur.

System & Event Log Monitoring: KitRx will remotely monitor your Windows system event logs, application event logs and security event logs and assign a standard set of alerts to your needs

Virus Definition Management: Today’s Virus’ can take advantage of network services to spread their infections (Internet, email and network file-sharing) as well as taking advantage of removable mediums like floppy disks, CD’s and USB drives. Your Server Advantage + will be monitored and have the latest virus definition available installed and
running.

Daily System Audits: Daily system-wide technical assessments including monitoring and reporting of changes to files and settings to the system, as well as security vulnerability scans, reviewing application and operating system access controls and physical access to the Server Advantage +.

End-User Support Portal: User access to KitRx engineers and other features. Built-in online chat for support.

Remote management: With the ability to remotely connect to all KitRx managed systems you vastly improve the response times to you issues. KitRx remote technology is secured by 256 bit RC4 rolling encryption, which is more secure than most online banking technologies.
