The Company

EveryMethod was founded in 2000 as a IT consulting firm focusing on the needs of small and midsize business. Over the last seven years we've serviced more than 900 customers in the San Diego area and continue to grow at a healthy rate. In order to address changes in the market and the delivery of IT services, we developed KitRx as a way to extend our offering to include semi-automated services, a more efficient response to the growing needs of our target market.

EveryMethod has created KitRx as a set of simply packaged and priced targeted solutions that are sold to small and midsize companies on a per device basis.  KitRx solves a number of  important problems that businesses encounter when purchasing IT services. These problems are caused by the typically reactive, inconsistent and inefficient way that IT services are provided by their existing vendors and limited internal IT staff – often purchased by the hour with a view to fix a single set of problems. Systems are never maintained efficiently, only problems fixed.

KitRx services are provided to local customers by EveryMethod, a local provider that makes outsourcing IT a painless proposition to prospective clients as it delivers immediate value without the typical risk associated with outsourcing IT services. KitRx clients are, ideally, companies with between ten and 50 desktops and one to three servers and generally have limited internal IT support outside of the resident expert employee. 

As a local Managed Service Provider, KitRx offers the best of two worlds: off-site network, software and device management, monitoring and optimization, as well as on-site service when hardware or software fixes must be made by hands-on technicians.  

Encinitas-based KitRx operates in the central and northerns part of San Diego County, from Downtown San Diego to Oceanside, the coast to the I-15 corridor.
